Somerset
Early Year Development and Childcare Partnership commissioned
foreground to produce a film that illustrates the rights
and responsibilities of families living in, or moving
to, Somerset. The film was translated into nine languages
including British Sign Language (BSL).
The film features footage made at childcare settings across
the County and interviews with Childcare professionals.
