The four short films featured here represent different approaches
to film production with children and young people. Hover over
an arrow for a description of each film. |
| Projects
usually involve a brief period of consultation with the school/setting
and with participants followed by a pre-production process
that includes storyboarding and planning. Filmmaking takes
place at the school/setting or out on-location over a number
of planned sessions. Depending on the project rationale the
process might be: participatory, performative or simply be
an opportunity to document the life of the school/setting.
After a short period of postproduction the project culminates
in a screening and film distribution. |
